Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI
Camp Haven Inc.

Camp Haven Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Camp Haven Inc.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Florida Department of Transportation by filing a complaint with the District IV Title VI Coordinator:

A complainant may also file a complaint directly with Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Complaint Team, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.

 

Vehicle Notice (English):
In accordance with title VI of the Federal Civil Act of 1964, any person who feels they have been discriminated against may issue a formal written complain. The complaint procedure and Title VI Policy is available upon request from Indian River Transit’s Administration Offices or by calling 772-569-0903
